Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology (SVNIT), Surat is one of the premier technical institutions in India, established in 1961 as a Regional Engineering College. It was granted the status of National Institute of Technology (NIT) in 2002 and has been declared an Institute of National Importance by the Government of India.

With a sprawling campus of over 250 acres, SVNIT is equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure including modern lecture halls, advanced research laboratories, auditoriums, and excellent hostel facilities — making it an ideal venue for hosting large-scale international conferences.
